Spread across approximately 15 acres of industrial land in Karachi, Ali Daniyal Industries represents a major industrial investment and operational hub. The company was founded by Haji Nisar Ahmed with the vision of creating vertical integration within the family’s edible oil business operations. Initially, the facility was developed to supply raw materials and strengthen operational support for both Kisan and Mezan Group’s edible oil businesses. Over time, the company expanded beyond internal operations and began serving the wider market, becoming a key supplier within Pakistan’s edible oil, feed, and agricultural sectors.
The company operates a large-scale solvent extraction and refining setup with impressive production capabilities. Its overall plant capacity currently reaches approximately 300 metric tons per 24 hours, translating into nearly 9,000 metric tons monthly and an annual production capacity ranging from approximately 72,000 to over 100,000 metric tons.
Ali Daniyal Industries consists of multiple operational divisions including solvent extraction, refinery operations, PRP processing, and soap production. The refinery plant is capable of processing approximately 260–300 metric tons per day. The facility handles various commodities including canola and soybean seeds, with daily processing capacities reaching approximately:

- Soybean: 210–250 metric tons per 24 hours
- PRP operations: 100–120 metric tons per 24 hours
- Soap production: 1.5–2 metric tons per 24 hours.

The company has consistently expanded its industrial capabilities while maintaining high operational standards and long-term growth strategies.
As part of the broader family industrial legacy, Ali Daniyal Industries continues to play a strategic role alongside Mezan Group and Hamza Sugar Mills. The company represents not only industrial strength and operational scale, but also the entrepreneurial resilience, long-term vision, and commitment to quality established by the founding generation of the family.
